Why patients travel for this

One surgeon, start to finish.

Large cosmetic chains run on volume: a counsellor sells the package, a rotating surgeon performs it. That model is how prices come down. It is also why results vary.

01

Dr. Yates plans and performs every operation herself

The surgeon who examines you is the surgeon who operates and the one who sees you at every follow-up. Nothing is delegated and nothing is rotated.

02

Her own accredited surgical suite

AAAASF-certified, on site, with a board-certified anaesthesiologist present throughout. You are not admitted to a hospital and not sent to a rented facility.

03

A plan built from your measurements

Not from a package, and not from a catalogue. What suits your frame is decided at examination, and you are told plainly when something will not work.

04

The price is published

Most augmentations fall between $6,000 and $8,000, quoted exactly in writing at consultation. No discount clock, and no number withheld until you are in the room.

Results

Three patients.
Three different goals.

Every pair is photographed at the same distance, angle and lighting on both visits — pairs shot under different conditions can make any result look better than it is.

How it works

Three appointments,
start to finish.

01

Consultation

Examination, measurements, and a plain conversation about what suits you. You leave with a written quote and no pressure to book.

02

Surgery day

One to two hours under general anaesthesia in the on-site suite. Home the same afternoon, with someone to drive you and stay the first night.

03

Follow-up

Seen at one week, six weeks and six months — by Dr. Yates, not a nurse practitioner. Out-of-town patients are scheduled before they travel.

Questions

Asked most often.

How much does breast augmentation cost in Fort Lauderdale?

Most of our patients’ breast augmentations range from $6,000 to $8,000, including implants, facility and anaesthesia. The variation comes from implant type, placement, and whether a lift is combined. You receive an exact written quote at consultation.

How long after surgery can I have sex?

Most patients are cleared at three to four weeks. Raised heart rate and direct pressure on the chest are what to avoid early, because both increase swelling and can affect implant position. Dr. Yates gives you a specific date at your post-operative visit.

Do I need a lift as well as an implant?

If your nipple sits at or below the breast crease, an implant alone will add weight without correcting position. A lift repositions the tissue; the implant restores volume. Many patients need both, and you will be told plainly at consultation.

How long do implants last?

Ten to fifteen years for most patients before some form of exchange or revision. Implants are not lifetime devices, and planning for that from the start is part of the decision.

How soon can I go back to work?

Three to five days for desk work. Light lower-body exercise at two to three weeks, and full activity including chest exercise at six weeks.

Do you see patients from out of state?

Regularly. Your follow-up schedule is set before you travel, and the practice can advise on nearby accommodation.
